Michelin-trained chef with over a decade of
experience bringing the creativity and precision of
fine dining into larger-scale food programs. My
work has taken me from leading teams in three-
Michelin-star kitchens to developing new culinary
products and seasonally driven menus rooted in
great ingredients.
I’m deeply passionate about flavor, technique, and
the stories behind the food we cook. I enjoy
collaborating across teams to turn ideas into
thoughtful, delicious dishes that can be executed
consistently and efficiently. At the center of my
cooking is a simple goal: to create food that feels
vibrant, seasonal, and memorable.
